How do we stay human while also talking about our business?

Remind yourself: We’re all in this together. You’re human. Your followers are human. And they want to support you not just as a business, but as a person!

If you’re feeling grateful for the love and support of your customers, write a letter thanking them (even get a little sappy, if you're feeling it).

If you’re feeling scared, express your concern. Now more than ever, it’s okay to be vulnerable. Everyone knows businesses are struggling, and once you express it, you never know how your customers can help come to the rescue.

Making your posts feel human (using the word “I,” signing your name at the end) can help your customers feel like they have a real connection with you, while simultaneously updating them on how they can help.
