Tell Your Story: Go Live!

Communities are looking for leaders right now and signs of normalcy.  This content idea may be a bit of a “challenge” as it requires putting yourself out there a bit… but it’s fairly simple.  Go live on your Facebook page. Grab your phone, look at the camera and tell your story.   

Your customers want to hear from you right now, even if you don’t think so.  It’s not insensitive to update your customers on how you’re doing and the measures you’ve taken to keep your business going.

Customers want to hear from the owner. They want to know you are doing OK or at least trying your hardest because they want to support those efforts. 

If you aren’t comfortable talking about the present, tell the story of how your business got started.  Thank everyone who has supported you along the way!

Right now, quality doesn’t matter as much as you’d think so don’t worry about that.  The message itself is what matters.  While many people are going dark and not posting during these challenging times, you can build relationships and brand equity for the future.

Don’t forget… our attention spans are longer than ever right now so don’t worry about how long you talk.  Just put yourself out there and watch the support you get in return!
