Why "Call to Actions" Are So Important

Are you taking advantage of Facebook’s Call-to-Action feature and adding BUTTONS to your ads?

Doing this step is extremely important when it comes to having your followers actually convert to customers. It’s one thing to have them admire the pretty photos on your page. It’s another to actually have them take action!

What we’ve found over the years is the only way to truly have your audience do what you want them to, is to ask for it — and make it as simple as possible.

So let’s start there. What DO you want the customer to do?

If you want your customers to make reservations, you should add a CTA on your ad that says “Book Now” linking to your reservation page. If you’re talking about an awesome email perk that subscribers get, add a “Sign Up” button to subscribe. If you’re featuring a specific product, add a “Shop Now” button to the specific product page (NOT just your home page). The customer’s path should be straightforward and simple, reducing as much “extra clicking” as possible.

Pro Tip: You might’ve seen the “Learn More” button on Facebook. We avoid this one at all costs. When people are scrolling social, they’re taking a break from work & school… and “learning more” just sounds like more of that.

Next time you build out an ad, try adding a Call-to-Action button and watch the difference it makes with your overall goal.
